I am a journalist and classically trained chef from California.

I’m based in London, where I spend most of my time cooking. When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m writing for publications including The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Observer, The Guardian, Interview, and Vogue.

While cooking occupies most of my time now, I’ve spent over a decade working in media. Previously, I was an editor at Bon Appétit, Epicurious, Architectural Digest, and Departures.
