I am a journalist and classically trained chef from California.

I cook at a Michelin-starred restaurant in London. On my days off, I write for publications including The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Interview, and Vogue.

While cooking occupies most of my time now, I’ve spent over a decade working in media. Previously, I was an editor at Bon Appétit, Epicurious, Architectural Digest, and Departures.
